Jennifer Ruiz

Jennifer has been a paralegal for nine years with most of her experience in Elder Law. She has over 4 years of experience in Florida with regard to Estate Planning and Administration, Medicaid Planning, and Guardianship. As a New Jersey native, she has over 6 years of experience with Guardianship and was part of an Elder Task Force created by the New Jersey State Department of Justice working with the Office of the Public Guardian and the State’s Insurance Fraud Prosecutor for criminal case referrals with regard to Medicaid Fraud and the financial exploitation of vulnerable and incapacitated senior citizens. Jennifer had the opportunity to transplant to the Tampa Bay area during the Covid Pandemic with her family. She has 4 daughters and they enjoy the Gulf Beaches during their free time. Jennifer is also a Professional Fiduciary and acts as Trustee and as Agent under POA for people who need assistance with managing their financial affairs.
